For greeting people – 1<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you<\/em> Sunnah of the Prophet S.A.W <\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Learned from Dua:<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
“Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.”<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “You will not enter heaven until you believe, and you will not believe before you love one another.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Should I not inform you of something, if you act accordingly, you will actually get mutual love for each other? Pass the salvation between you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Ammar (RA) said: “Three characteristics, one that combines them, has completed his faith: to be just, to convey greetings to all people and to spend (with charity) in the little you have.”<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Abdullah Ibn AAamr (RA) reported that a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): What is the best Islam?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, “Feed (the poor) and greet those you know as well as those you do not know.”<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Remarks: * The best is the one who initiates salam.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
* Answering Salam is Wajib (mandatory) even if a respondent is sufficient on behalf of a group.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
* It is a sunna to give salam to children (at home or outdoors).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
* Salam should also be said at the end of a meeting (or just someone), not just at a meeting. you<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
