About Me

Hey there! I'm Mai. I graduated from Al-Azhar University, specifically from the Faculty of Languages and Simultaneous Interpretation. My major was English Lit and Translation. Oh, and just a fun fact, I memorized the Holy Quran when I was twelve! During my academic journey, I delved into Islamic subjects like Fiqh, Sirah, Tafsir, and Aqeeda. I'v Read more e been passionate about this stuff since I was young, even giving lectures on Sirah in mosques back in the day. After graduating, I wore different hats as a translator, writer, and teacher of Islamic subjects. I even spent a year teaching these subjects in an international American school. Right now, my focus is on teaching the Holy Quran and Islamic subjects, with a special love for Sirah. The biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and his Companions just fascinates me. I also pursued a higher diploma at the American University of Cairo, diving deep into Tajweed and Islamic studies. Apart from Arabic, I'm fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. My current life goal is all about spreading the knowledge of the Holy Quran and Islamic subjects worldwide. I want to help people understand the ins and outs of Islam, covering important topics like Fiqh, including the nitty-gritty of ablution.
