Dua To alleviate pain In English

In the Name of Allah I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and of what I guard against.
Ibn Majah: 3522

A dua of advice on the pain and well-being of the Sunnah

The disease can be a major test. Sometimes, even with the best treatment, pain and misery can persist. The following is a general advice from the Sunnah that can help restore health and cope with physical pain. This is not meant to replace a doctor’s visit for those who suspect major problems, but the benefits of these tips can not be denied.

Firstly :

you should try as much as possible to avoid excessive food and drinks. By this I mean avoiding eating for “comfort” and / or relieving stress, and eating only when you are hungry and in moderation. It is the Sunnah and many of our books mention that it is the foundation of good health. If you eat a piece, avoid harmful artificial foods and do it in moderation and gratitude to Allah for his favors, and to get the strength and encouragement to worship.

Secondly :

It is usually a good idea to make sure that your diet includes honey and black seeds, as these are mentioned in the Sunnah as generally being good for your health. But again, moderation is the key. The Sunnah does not recommend “much” of anything except the dhikr (remembrance) of Allah, Most High. Those who do not already consume these foods and who are on a medical treatment plan should consult their health care professional before adding them as a precautionary measure. .

Finally :

for the pain in the body, it is authentically reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) prescribed the following for a companion who was suffering:

“… place your hand on the part of the body where the pain is and say:” bismillah “( بِسْمِ اللَّهِ)  thrice. Also say: “a’uthu billahi wa qudratihi shari ma ajid wa uhadhir” (عُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ)  seven times, wiping the area each time. “(Muslim)

“Bismillah” means “in the name of Allah”. “A’uthu billahi wa qudratihi shari ma aju wa uhadhir” roughly translates as “I seek refuge in Allah and His omnipotence against the evil (pain) that I find and I seek to avoid it. it is best to consult a qualified health professional, but the advice of the Prophet (peace be upon him) may be followed before or after such a visit and may accompany any other remedy that may be prescribed.
One should try to do the above three things with the intention of gaining the pleasure of Allah, the Most High, and getting closer to Himself in suffering and adversity, for that is our goal all whole world and the very reason why we experience pleasure and pain. and ups and downs in the first place. With this intention, it is necessary to persist in the first two, even after Allah brings a relief and to resort to the third measure whenever necessary. We ask Allah for acceptance, well-being and success.
