Dua For accomodation In English
My Lord, let me land at a blessed landing place, and You are the best to accommodate [us].
Surah Al-Mu’minoon – 23:29
How to protect your home from the shayateen
1) It is important to note that the bricks and mortar of your house do not become “possessed” or “holy” – the shayateen have nothing against your house as an object! They will cause problems for you and your children – both psychological and physical
2) Therefore, the most important part of protecting your home is your amaan level, your aqeedah and your Sunnah membership – the closer you are to Allah, the more you follow the sunnah; less shayateen can affect you. And the help of Allah is sought
3) Recite Surat Al Baqarah at home at least once every 3 days. This can be done in different ways. You can either recite it at once, then recite it again after three days, or divide the recitation in three days to make it easier for you.
The prophet (alayhis salam) said, “Do not turn your houses into tombs. In truth, Shaytan does not enter the house where Surah Al-Baqara is recited. (Musnad Ahmad / Muslim / Tirmidhi) The prophet (akayhis-salam) said, “Whoever recites Al-Baqarah at night in his house, Shaytan will not enter this house until three nights. If someone recites it for a day in his house, Shaytan will not enter this house for three days. (At-Tabarani / Ibn Hibbaan) Note: It is NOT enough to listen to a recorded recitation of Surat al-Baqarah and scholars have spoken clearly about this question – the Surah must be recited. If you are a ghost or you can not recite it clearly, have someone recite it for you while you are learning, or at least listen to it once every three days. BUT remember that this is ONLY for those who can not recite, this is not a reason for us to become lazy. If you want protection, then recite it.
4) There should be no picture or statuette in your home, including digital photo frames.
The messenger (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “The angels do not enter a house in which there is an image.
” (Bukhari / Muslim) Where the angels of mercy do not enter, the shayateen will gather in this region
5) There should be no music or movie viewed in your house – these are shaytaan vices and you literally invite demons into your home if you listen to or watch these things
6) Enter the house with your right foot and say bismillah and when you eat say bismillah
The prophet (alayhis-salam) said, “If a person mentions the name of Allah when entering his house or eating, Satan said to his disciples,” You will not find anywhere to spend the night and no dinner. ” between without mentioning the name of Allah, Satan says [to his disciples]; ‘You have found [a place] to spend the night there, and if he does not mention the name of Allah at the time of eating, Satan says: `You have found [a place] to spend the night there as well as the food. . “(Muslim)
7) If the shayateen cause problems in your house, do not curse them, say Bismillah instead
The prophet (alayhis-salam) “Do not say, let the devil perish! For if you say that, he will swell so much that he will be like a house and say: By my power. But say Bismillah because when you say it, it will diminish so much that it will be like a fly. (An-Nasai / Ahmad / Abu Dawud)
8) Close the doors and windows and say Bismillah, especially when it’s dark The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “When night falls, prevent your children from going out, because the demons are spreading at that time. But when an hour of the night has passed, release them and close the doors by mentioning the name of Allah, because Satan does not open a closed door. Tie the mouth of your skin with water and mention the name of Allah; cover your vessels and utensils and mention the name of Allah. Cover them even with something on them and turn off your lights. “(Bukhari / Abu Dawud)
9) There should be no taweez in your house – it’s shirk and it will be an open door so that Shayateen can enter your house and wreak havoc. If you have a taweez, check my previous posts to learn how to destroy them.
10) Perform a lot of dhikr and extra prayers in your home The messenger (alayhis-salam) said, “The example of one who remembers Allah and those who do not know him, is like the example between the living and the dead. The dead live in cemeteries, do not make your house a graveyard
11) Do the adhaan at home, if possible, for each of the five daily prayers The messenger (alayhis-salam) said, “When the call to prayer is cast, Shaytaan fled on his heels …”
12) Take some water in a vaporizer and recite the following – Surat Fatiha x 7 / Ayatul Kursi x 7 / The last two verses of Surat al Baqarah x 3 / Ikhlas x 7 / Falaq x 7 / Nas x 7
After each surah, spit in the water. Take this water and spray into the corners of each room.
Do not spray in the toilet. You can do this morning and tonight
13) Keep your house clean and hygienic, feeling good. Devils live in filthy places
14) Do a lot of duaa and give charity, seeking to get closer to Allah
15) have patience. The shayateen will try to repel you or intimidate you, but if you are patient and persevering, they will realize that their attempts are not working and will stop.
16) You should perform the ruqya on yourself In the end, Allah knows best and ALL the protections come from Him. Turn to Allah and sincerely do your religion for Him. He will protect you and spread blessings on you.
